Because my workdays consist of chasing a toddler around in more casual attire, I often use the rest of my life as an excuse to dress up. Sometimes, that excuse takes the form of playing a grown-up version of dress-up.  On any given weekend, I'll find myself hopping in my photographer friend's car, loading it with designer duds, and sneaking onto the property of a church down the street that boasts to-die-for marble steps.

Lately, I've been inspired to create with my ensembles a feeling of modern glamour, my phrase for the the vibe the Olsens embody: a chic yet attainable look that says "I'm on-the-go; I'm comfortable; I'm fabulous, but subtle about it." This beautiful answer to the LBD from Megan Huntz's SS16 collection can achieve the vibe all on its own, with its daintily sexy details. When paired with this impossibly soft maxi cardigan and perfect cat-eye shades, the look exudes impeccably that feeling of wearable luxury.

This is part two of a series in collaboration with photographer Jennifer Grimm and designer Megan Huntz. Check out the first installment here.
