Une perdu romantique… a lost romantic. Dreamy expressions, an understated sexiness, and overall French-girl vibe were conjured when I finally had the opportunity to collaborate on a personal project with two creatives I've long admired: photographer Claudia Bost and stylist/all around cool-girl Sheyda Mehrara. It's a beautiful thing when working together feels just like hanging out, and even better when your style and vision mesh impeccably. My best gal pal Stephanie even stopped by to bring coffee and lend her fanning services to a couple of these shots.

While a few items came from the personal wardrobes of Sheyda and me, Henry & June was kind enough to loan most of the beautiful pieces photographed. I always have the time of my life playing dress-up in swoon-worthy clothing by sought-after designers; I'm still obsessing over that incredibly soft tie-front Creatures of Comfort cardigan, the plush Nanushka vest, and the prim-yet-sexy Won Hundred skirt.
